New Evelyn Oldfield Unit Research for Action and Influence Course (Accredited London Region Open College Network, Level 3)

Are you interested in working towards a qualification whilst gaining some useful and practical skills in research? Then this course is for you.

Starting at the end of September, we will run 13 half-day sessions spread over 6 months. We will support RMCO representatives to gain the skills and confidence to be able to research issues of refugee and migrant communities and then to act upon these findings.

The training is free and participants will also benefit from mentor support, tutorials and one to one support from the tutor.

Eligibility and how to apply: we will prioritise those who have not had any higher UK-based education. It is for refugees and migrants only. Please contact Sarah, course coordinator and tutor, on 0207 697 4102 / sarah@evelynoldfield.co.uk to request further information and an application form.

Places will be offered as and when suitable participants are found and therefore we recommend that you apply as soon as you can. More info Course Overview – Research Module- Final July 16th and Flyer for Research for Action and Influence 2012
